Our Refund & Returns Policy

Please email sales@thefarmersden.com to request a refund, include the reason for your return and the original purchase receipt or copy invoice and an agent will contact you regarding the details.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns are not allowed after this period.
The following conditions apply:
Restocking fee of 10% on all items after purchase except for manufacturer defects.
Restocking fee of 25% on assembled items.
Merchandise that has been used, marked, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Please contact us before returning any item.

ALL items to be replaced/exchanged is subject to inspection BEFORE replacements are done.
The customer is responsible for returning items at the location as identified by our agent.
The customer is bound to these terms even if the delivery note is signed by a representative upon delivery/collection.
TFD reserves the right to cancel any order placed and refund any the customer if payment was already processed.
