Basic Mixing & Usage Instructions

1. The Ratio: Mix one part powder into two parts warm water (do not use boiling water as it destroys vitamins).
2. Blending: Whisk or shake the mixture vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved and completely free of clumps.
3. Feeding Temperature: Ensure the liquid is warmed to body temperature (approx. 35°C–38°C) before feeding. Test a few drops on your wrist first.
4. Storage: Once opened, keep the dry powder tightly sealed. Reconstituted liquid must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours, while the dry powder can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 months or frozen for up to 6 months.
