Shipping and Delivery

Trinidad Nationwide Delivery is a flat rate of $25 TTD per order, provided the order is under 60lbs in total weight. Orders over 60lbs may be subject to an additional delivery fee. Delivery is usually executed within 1-3 business days of order payment confirmation.

Delivery to Tobago will incur an additional $15 TTD per order (for a total of $40 TTD). Orders over 60lbs may be subject to an additional delivery fee. Delivery is usually executed within 1-3 business days of order payment confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE
We do not deliver to high risk areas.
We determine if the conditions enable us to deliver to a particular area.
If we do consider your area high risk, an agent will contact you to make arrangements for order collection.

Outside Trinidad
We do not deliver to overseas addresses at this time.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the courier service.

Return Policy

Please email sales@thefarmersden.com to request a refund, include the reason for your return and the original purchase receipt or copy invoice and an agent will contact you regarding the details.  Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns are not allowed after this period. The following conditions apply:

Restocking fee of 10% on all items after purchase except for manufacturer defects.

Restocking fee of 25% on assembled items.

Merchandise that has been used, marked, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Please contact us before returning any item.

ALL items to be replaced/exchanged is subject to inspection BEFORE replacements are done. The customer is responsible for returning items at the location as identified by our agent. The customer is bound to these terms even if the delivery note is signed by a representative upon delivery/collection. TFD reserves the right to cancel any order placed and refund the customer if payment was already processed.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The Farmers Den with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and The Farmers Den with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by The Farmers Den. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
