Description

The Frontline Plus for Cats formula is designed for cats and kittens 8 weeks of age or older and weighing at least 1.5 pounds. The product is a month-long, waterproof treatment that contains two active ingredients:
  • Fipronil: Kills adult fleas and ticks.
  • S-methoprene: Breaks the flea life cycle by killing eggs and larvae.
Step-by-step application:
  1. Prepare the applicator. Remove one applicator from its packaging. Hold it upright with the foil side toward you, and snap the tip off.
  2. Separate the cat’s fur. Part the hair on the back of your cat’s neck, between the shoulder blades. You must be able to see the skin underneath.
  3. Apply the medication. Place the applicator tip on the exposed skin. Squeeze the entire contents of the tube onto the skin in a single spot. Do not apply the medication on top of the fur.
  4. Keep the area dry. Do not bathe your cat for at least 24 to 48 hours after application to ensure the medication is fully absorbed.
